  • Nicholas has always had a passion for athletics! Growing up, he competed in Football, Wrestling, Rugby and Track and Field. In 2012, while in the Fitness and Health Promotions program at Fleming College, Nic competed on the Varsity Rugby team where he was named Co-Captain. After college, he secured a training role at Peterborough’s downtown 24/7 Family Gym. He soon expanded his fitness endeavours as The Head of Varsity Strength and Conditioning at Trent University where he was in charge of overseeing the development of programming, testing and in person coaching for a diverse range of athletes and teams including university level Volleyball, Lacrosse, Rugby, Curling, Soccer and Rowing. Concurrently, Nic founded the Lifestyle & Fitness program at The Canadian Health Recovery Centre, helping individuals break the cycle of use, abuse and trauma through fitness. In 2017, Nic joined forces with Rowing Canada to work with high performance HUB athletes, closely overseeing their development and integrating training programs and expectations from national coaches. Outside of his work, Nic currently competes with the Ontario Weightlifting Association as a member of team Justlift, competing at the provincial level and is currently striving to appear at nationals. Nic looks forward to helping both athletes and disciplined individuals of Pulse Physio & Performance find the skills they need to take their competition performance to the next level!
