Reformer Pilates classes can be modified to fit all fitness levels and abilities. If you are a beginner, are recovering from an injury, are pre or post-surgery, have pain or mobility issues, or are interested in improving your health and mobility these reformer pilates classes are for you.
Due to the very small group class setting OF 6 PARTICIPANTS per class, we do our best to accommodate all body sizes, shapes, and abilities. You will get specific and hands-on cueing for your own body type. If you have very specific needs or concerns, please reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org to book a Private Session before your first class. Private Sessions are $50 for 50 minutes.
