    Your Role

    You’ll work 1-on-1 with clients in 60-minute assessments and 30-minute follow-ups. You’ll have autonomy and support as you:

    • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy

    • Create personalized treatment plans

    • Maintain accurate charting in Jane

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

    • Continue learning and contributing to our clinic culture

    What We’re Looking For

    • Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

    • A team player who thrives in a supportive, high-performance environment

    • Strong communication skills and a drive to grow

    • Interest or experience in pelvic health (optional)

    Your Role

    As an RMT at Pulse, you’ll deliver personalized, hands-on care with the full support of a multidisciplinary clinic behind you. You’ll:

    • Provide therapeutic massage tailored to client needs and goals

    • Collaborate with other team members to support integrated care plans

    • Chart accurately and efficiently using Jane software

    • Contribute to a clinic culture focused on progress, positivity, and professionalism

    What We’re Looking For

    • Registered Massage Therapist (CMTO) in good standing

    • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

    • Passionate about helping people feel and move better

    • Strong communicator with professional integrity

Client Experience Representative

    We're always looking to connect with outgoing, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals interested in joining our front desk team - whether there's an immediate opening or not. As we continue to grow, opportunities arise regularly at both our Chemong Road and Lansdowne Street West locations.

    What You’ll Do

    As a Client Experience Rep, you’ll work alongside a supportive team to ensure everything at the front of the clinic runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

    • Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment

    • Managing appointment scheduling and client flow using Jane

    • Answering phone and email inquiries professionally and efficiently

    • Processing payments and handling direct billing to insurance providers

    • Supporting clinicians with timely communication and coordination

    • Working collaboratively with other team members to keep operations running seamlessly

    What We’re Looking For

    • Friendly and professional communication skills (in person, on the phone, and over email)

    • Strong organization and multitasking abilities

    • Comfort working with scheduling and billing software (experience with Jane is a bonus)

    • Team-oriented mindset - you're dependable, adaptable, and helpful

    • Availability for weekday and evening shifts

    • Prior customer service experience (bonus if it’s in a healthcare or fitness setting)
