Fit For Life is a strength & conditioning class designed specifically for adults aged 50 and up. Whether you're looking to maintain strength, improve balance, or simply stay active and energized, this class supports healthy aging in a welcoming and social environment.
Each 60-minute session is thoughtfully programmed for safety and effectiveness, no matter your experience level. Build strength, move with confidence, and enjoy the benefits of regular movement with the support of expert trainers and like-minded peers.

Pricing & Packages
$20 + HST / single class (drop-in rate)
10-Class Pass = $150 + HST (no expiry)
Unlimited Monthly = $150 + HST (up to 31 classes/month, expires monthly)
2x/Week Monthly = $120 + HST (8 classes/month, expires monthly)
These packages can be used for all of our group classes, including Mom-Fit, Small Group, and Pulse-Fit.
