KIERSTYN COTNAM
Physiotherapist | Ortho - Lansdowne
Kierstyn is a small-town Northern Ontario native whose passion for movement and rehabilitation grew from a lifetime of playing sports. She earned her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Nipissing University in 2016 before completing her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Queen’s University in 2021.
Kierstyn is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies. She believes that achieving meaningful goals starts with understanding each individual's needs and creating a treatment plan that is both evidence-based and personalized. Her approach combines progressive exercise, education, and hands-on care to create a supportive, engaging, and movement-focused rehabilitation experience.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to improve your performance, or simply wanting to stay active throughout every stage of life, Kierstyn enjoys helping people of all ages build resilience and reach their goals. She's just as happy working with young athletes as she is helping adults and older adults stay strong and active.
Outside the clinic, Kierstyn is an avid outdoors enthusiast, enjoys tackling CrossFit workouts, and loves exploring the trails with her hike-loving dog. She thrives on setting ambitious goals and finds the greatest satisfaction in helping others achieve theirs.
