Introducing Mom-Fit - a fun, supportive strength & conditioning class designed specifically for moms of little ones. Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or a few years into motherhood, Mom-Fit helps you build strength, confidence, and community. And yes, babies are welcome to come along!

Each 45-minute class is safe for all fitness levels and built around the unique needs of pregnant and postpartum people, with expert guidance to help you move well and feel great.

What to Expect

Each session includes:

  • Functional Strength & Conditioning

  • Core & Pelvic Floor-Friendly Programming

  • Mobility & Recovery Work

  • A Welcoming, Supportive Community

Led by experienced trainers, classes are kept small to ensure personalized attention and proper form. You’ll move, sweat, and feel stronger, in a space that welcomes both you and your baby!

Classes run Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Choose your time:

  • 9:15 AM

  • 10:00 AM

Each class is 45 minutes.

Pricing & Packages

  • $20 + HST / single class (drop-in rate)

  • 10-Class Pass = $150 + HST (no expiry)

  • Unlimited Monthly = $150 + HST (up to 31 classes/month, expires monthly)

  • 2x/Week Monthly = $120 + HST (8 classes/month, expires monthly)

All class packages can be used across our group class offerings, including Small Group, Pulse-Fit, and our Fit For Life Classes.
