Take the guesswork out of your workouts with our well-designed, coach-led Small Group training sessions. Open to all ages and genders, this class offers personalized guidance in a supportive environment where every participant gets attention.

Each 60-minute class delivers a balanced mix of strength, conditioning, and functional movement designed to help you reach your fitness goals safely and effectively. With a maximum of 6 participants per class, you’ll receive focused coaching and motivation every step of the way.

Classes run:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:00 PM

  • Fridays @ 12:00 PM

Pricing & Packages

  • $20 + HST / single class (drop-in rate)

  • 10-Class Pass = $150 + HST (no expiry)

  • Unlimited Monthly = $150 + HST (up to 31 classes/month, expires monthly)

  • 2x/Week Monthly = $120 + HST (8 classes/month, expires monthly)

All packages can be used across our group classes, including Mom-Fit, Fit For Life, and Pulse-Fit.
