This summer, take your training to the next level with our 12-week Strength & Conditioning Program designed specifically for athletes of all sports and genders looking to maintain and enhance their performance during the off-season.

Whether you're preparing for fall tryouts or simply staying sharp between seasons, this program keeps you at peak performance with high-level, focused training that builds strength, speed, agility, and endurance.

What to Expect

Each training session incorporates:

  • Strength Training

  • Functional Movement & Mobility Work

  • Sport-Specific Conditioning

Our qualified personal trainers will help you return to your sport stronger, faster, and more resilient. With a small-group format (maximum 12 athletes per class), you'll receive personalized attention to ensure proper form and effective progress.

Class Schedule & Age Groups
Starting June 10th, 2025 - August 29th, 2025
We offer two age-specific class times to support athletes at different development stages:

  • U15 Athletes - Tuesdays & Thursdays @4:00 PM

  • U20 Athletes - Tuesdays & Thursdays @6:00 PM

Pricing & Packages

  • $15 + HST / session (drop-in rate)

  • 2x / week = $240 + HST / 12 weeks

  • 1x / week = $150 + HST / 12 weeks
