






Teen Strength & Conditioning for Athletes
Build strength, power, and confidence with our 12-week Teen Strength & Conditioning Program, designed for athletes of all sports and genders. Whether you're in-season, off-season, or preparing for upcoming tryouts, this program will help you stay strong, agile, and injury-resistant all year round.
What to Expect
Each training session incorporates:
Strength Training
Functional Movement & Mobility Work
Sport-Specific Conditioning
Led by qualified personal trainers in a small group format (max 12 athletes per class), athletes receive personalized attention to ensure proper form, safe progressions, and real results.
Program & Details
Duration: September 2 - November 20 (12 weeks)
Location: Pulse Lansdowne - 1135 Lansdowne St. W.
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Ages: Open to teen athletes (approx. 13-18 years old)
Pricing & Packages
Note: Packages expire at the end of the program (Nov 20, 2025)
Drop-In Rate: $15 + HST per session
Full Program - 2x/Week (24 sessions): $240 + HST
1x/Week (12 sessions): $150 + HST
