In our small group sessions - capped at just six participants - you'll work directly with an experienced trainer in a motivating and fun environment. Each workout is thoughtfully designed to take the guesswork out of your routine, with personalized programming that meets you where you are, no matter your experience level. Whether you're aiming to build strength, improve mobility, or simply stay active, you'll be supported every step of the way. Train in a safe, welcoming space surrounded by a positive community, and enjoy the energy that comes from working out together in our modern, beautiful gym.

Group Fitness Classes

  • Small Group Class (60 min class) - Tues / Thurs @ 5:00pm and Fri @ 12:00pm

Pricing Details:
(Mom-Fit, Fit for Life, Small Group Class, Pulse-Fit)

  • Drop-In Rate: $20 + HST per class

  • 10-Class Pass: $150 + HST - No expiry. Can be used across any group class offering.

  • 2x/Week Monthly Package: $120 + HST/month - Includes 8 classes per month. Renews monthly. Unused classes do not carry over.

  • Unlimited Monthly Package: $150 + HST/month - Includes up to 31 classes/month. Renews monthly. Can be used across all group classes.

Youth Strength & Conditioning Programs

Pricing Details:
(These are 12-week structured programs with two options)

  • Drop-In Rate: $15 + HST per class

  • 1x/Week Package: $150 + HST - Includes 12 classes. Expires at the end of the 12-week session.

  • 2x/Week Package: $240 + HST - Includes 24 classes. Expires at the end of the 12-week session.
